Symptoms
TL Schedule change limits is not working on Assign Work Schedule page.
The manager shouldn't be able to make retroactive schedule changes without looking at limitation on Manage Schedule and Assign schedule pages.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Set up HCM -> Install -> Product Specific -> Time and Labor Installation ->Configuration tab. Set Schedule change limit to 15 days.
2. Schedule will be limited when navigating to the Assign Work Schedule by: Manager Self Service > Time Management > Manage Schedules > Assign Work Schedule > Assign Work Schedule.
3. When navigating to Time and Labor-> Enroll Time Reporter -> Assign Work Schedule and trying to Assign Schedule to Employee with date prior to 15 days, it allows.
