Error Message : No error recognized

The error is being caused by the select on PS_JOB -- PSPPFDST_S_JOB due to an incorrect date, i.e. using 10/31/2001 instead of 10/31/2021 as the pay period when entering rapid entry timesheets.

Updated the PS_PAY_EARNINGS to set the EARNS_BEGIN_DT to 10/31/2021 for the rows that are incorrect and reset the Encumbrance Lock to correct the entry date and order to allow PSPPFUND to run successfully.

Is there any other tables that should be updated so it does not cause other data issues in our system?
