EEBI 9.2: Error Message at eBill Payment Account Summary Fluid Page When Accessing as Customer With No Outstanding Balance (Doc ID 2823337.1)

Symptoms


An Error Message is being triggered by the system when a Contact User tries to load the Fluid Account Summary page within the eBill Payment Customer Portal, for a Customer whose current balance is zero, in other words, no outstanding Invoices/Items to be paid.

REPLICATION STEPS:

    1.- Log into the FSCM 9.2 Online Application CUSTOMER Portal as a Contact User
    2.- Go to the eBill Payment Fluid Homepage
    3.- Click on the Account Summary Tile
    4.- The system throws an Error Message
