Symptoms
After upgrading from PUM Image 33 to Image 38, the 1099 Report Post process 1099_RPT_PST, is taking 3+ hours for SQL Step 1099_RPT_PST.PreProc.Step01A to complete.
STEPS:
1. Run 1099 Job > Suppliers > 1099/Global Withholding > 1099 Reports > Withhold 1099 Report Job > Run
2. From Process Scheduler Request page, select Process Name = 1099_RPT_PST - Application Engine
