Symptoms
When trying to Add a new value on the Person Comment Entry Page, the following error occurs: "Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)"
The issue can be seen by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to: Campus Community> Comments> Comments Person> Person Comment Entry
2. Add a new value
3. Select Administrative Function STRM and appropriate Comment category
4. Click Variable Data
5. Add career
6. When the user tries to type in 2198, the error message is triggered
