When an employee submits a Health & Safety vaccination request for COVID-19, and the approver tries to approve and clicks the approval link under the push notification bell or flag icon, or in some cases, the URL link within the approval email notification, it opens a page displaying the error message below:

Steps to replicate:

1. Login to the PeopleSoft HCM application and access the Health & Safety module by either clicking the Health & Safety tile on the landing page or navigate to Workforce Monitoring > Health and Safety > Vaccination
2. Fill out the required fields and click the Submit button.
3. Approver receives an email or push notification stating workflow has been submitted for review.
4. Click the link and the error is shown.
