EEX9.2: Proxy with View Authorization Level Access Can View The Withdraw Cash Advance Button (Doc ID 2823985.1)

Symptoms

A proxy with view authorization level can view the withdraw cash advance button on the view cash advance page. A proxy with this authorization level should only be able to view a claim. In addition, the “withdraw cash advance” button should not visible to a proxy with this authorization level.

Replication Steps:
Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expenses > Cash Advances > ViewProxy Set up Page
NavBar > Navigator > Travel and Expenses > Manage Expenses Security > Authorize Expense Users

1) Log in as the System Administrator in UAT
2) Navigation (NavBar > Navigator > Travel and Expenses > Manage Expenses Security > Authorize Expense Users)
3) Enter the employee ID of employee the user in which you are delegating proxy authorization and click the “Search” button
4) Click the (+) icon and enter the proxy’s Access ID
5) Select the dropdown under the Authorization Level column, select the “View” option and click the Save button
6) Log in as Proxy in UAT
7) Navigation: NavBar > Navigator > Employee Self-Service > Travel and Expenses > Cash Advances > View
8) Enter Advance ID #XXXXXXXX in the field and click the “Search” button
9) The “Withdraw Cash Advance” button should not be visible to a proxy who has an Authorization Level of “View”

The actual result is that the Withdraw Button is not greyed, while the expection is that the Withdraw Button should be greyed.
