ERS9.2: Terminated Members Have Been Showing in Express Search Page

Symptoms
Members who have been terminated, will be in unassigned pool, but when doing the express search based on resource pool, these members have been shown.
Expected behavior is that members who have been terminated, will be in unassigned pool and when doing the express search based on resource pool, these members should not be shown up.
REPLICATION STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Resource Management/Express Search - Keywords field populated as Node;
2. Resource Pool field is selected , Pool ID is populated, Personnel Status as All;
3. Results are listing 2 Employee IDs who have Pool status as "Unassigned Pool" and Qual as 0% and the other Empl ID having Pool status as empty and Qual as 100%;
4. When checking table for both emplids, they have EMPL_STATUS as "T":
select * from ps_job where emplid='' order by effdt desc;
