Below Error message shows up when requisition is submitted for approval after removing "Pending" button from requisition email approval setup.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Enterprise Components--> Approvals--> Email Collaboration--> Field Mapping,Field Name = PV_APPR_ACTION and delete row for action=Pending
2. Enable email approvals for requisitions .
3. Create a requisition from Purchasing-->Requisitions-->Add/Update Requisitions, save and submit .Error
