Symptoms
In the vaccination page , vaccinations table is displayed with Edit Vaccination url which does not allow editing , this is confusing to the users. This is an issue for a JAWS users because all they hear is Edit Covid and there is no way to edit.
Steps to replicate the issue:

Login with Accessibility mode > Employee self service > vaccinations tile > Edit vaccine
