Getting error when try to register as new supplier on Supplier Portal with AUC_GUEST user ID.

Error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to PeopleSoft FSCM as Supplier Portal
2. Click on the link ‘Register as a Supplier’.
3. Click Next to go to next step of Registration. Getting the error when click the next step of Registration:
"Registration template is not defined for this Access code. (10320,315)
You cannot proceed with registration steps when Registration template is not defined."
