Supplier Contract Management - Is it Possible to Not Route Completed Document To External Signers ?

Goal
Vendors/Contractors sign the contract and then when all levels are completed, they also seem to receive "View Completed Document" email with attachment and a link to view the completed document that has digital signatures of AC Transit users.
Is it possible to send a notification email to the Signers and do not send either the "View Completed Document" email with attachments or a link to external signers ?
