EAR 9.2: Why USER_AMT (User Amounts) Value Is Not Displayed For Transferred Items (Doc ID 2824691.1)

The user amount field value is getting vanished if an items is transferred from customer A to customer B. The value remains in the transferred item , however its disappeared from the original item 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an online pending item with a value in USER_AMT1 1000 Navigation: Accounts Receivable > Pending Items> Online Items
2. Post Pending item
3. Transfer this item from customer A to customer B Navigation: Accounts Receivable > Receivables Maintenance > Transfer Worksheet > Create Worksheet
4.  Post worksheet
5. Verify what the USER_AMT1 after posting on the original item/customer P1/A
6. User amount is vanished
