While Editing a PO and making a change in the Miscellaneous Sub Page when Saving the Change the system gives the Error Field is Required - PO_VAL_ADJ_S.BUSINESS_UNIT (Doc ID 2824709.1)

Symptoms

In the PO component, go to the PO schedule page, click on the Miscellaneous sub page, delete a miscellaneous charge row, click OK to go back to the Schedule page, click save, you will get a field is required error. I discovered you don't even have to do anything, just go into the Miscellaneous sub page, click OK to go back to the Schedule page, click save, you will get the same field is required error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open PO with miscellaneous charge
2. Delete miscellaneous charge
3.Click Save
4. Get this error
