Error-"Supplier ID: Error" When performing Supplier Self Registration (Doc ID 2824822.1)

Symptoms

Getting "Supplier ID: Error" after approving the supplier using Manage Request Approval page while performing supplier self registration .


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a supplier registration after completing all steps .Navigation:Suppliers-->Supplier Registration-->Supplier Self Registration
2. Login as approver and approve supplier registration.
3. Error
