Symptoms
After applying Bug 33421289 - 1099 UPDATE FOR 2021, the 1099-NEC Form does not show the full Recipient's Name (top half not showing) using the two window 'IMPORTANT TAX RETURN DOCUMENT ENCLOSED' envelope. The 1099-MISC Copy B Form shows the full Recipient's Name clearly.
STEPS
1. Apply Bug 33421289 - 1099 UPDATE FOR 2021
2. Run 1099 Job (Suppliers > 1099/Global Withholding > 1099 Reports > Withhold 1099 Report Job)
3. Print 1099 Copy B Forms
4. Fold 1099-NEC Copy B form in half and place in two window 'IMPORTANT TAX RETURN DOCUMENT ENCLOSED' envelope
