Symptoms
EE0-1 Report is not generating the reports in .CSV or .TXT format.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Workforce Monitoring > Meet Regulatory Rqmts > EEO Reports > EEO-1 Employer Info
2. Provide the run control parameters
3. Run the report
