Symptoms
It is an Education and Government company.
When trying to run a Paycheck Modeler, user get the error message:
You are not eligible to use the Paycheck Modeler. (2001,899)
The Paycheck Modeler is not available for use by Federal employees, education or government employees who have a federal tax status of non-resident alien, or employees located outside the U.S. and its territories and commonwealths.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Installation Table is set as Education and Government (Set Up HCM > Install > Installation Table).
2. Navigate to Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Paycheck Modeling > Paycheck Modeler.
3. Select the employee
4. Try to run the paycheck modeler.
