Symptoms
PSPPYREV fails when there is no transaction to reverse.
Pay Reversal Run Control Missing.

In Pgm Section :
Pay Reversal did not finish at 19:17:19.32 !!!!!

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PSPPYRUN when there are no transactions to reverse (typically if run as part of a daily process).
