Supplier Portal With Wrong Supplier Password Not Landing On Homepage (Doc ID 2825489.1)

Symptoms

When supplier login with wrong password instead of getting error message and landing on home page system lands on Oracle generic login page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as GUEST to the homepage at Supplier Portal
2. Try to Login as supplier with wrong password
3 . Getting the main login page showing the error message: “Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.” The system should remain to the same sign in page inside the application with the error message, not signing the user all together out.
