Symptoms

When attempting to deploy a new PeopleSoft Update Manager Image using PeopleSoft Cloud Manager, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Subscribe to an update channel on PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.
2. Use the DPK files downloaded from the channel to deploy a PUM environment.
3. Error occurs during the PeopleTools file deployment.
