Symptoms
On : 12 version, PeopleSoft Cloud Manager
When try to test refresh from DBaaS backup, it run to failed state
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
#1. clone a DBaaS environment (e.g. refreshDBA) to create a test env (e.g. testrefreshDBA)
#2. backup refreshDBA
#3. refresh the cloned testrefreshDBA from backup of refreshDBA
#4. testrefreshDBA run into failed state
