Symptoms

On : 12 version, PeopleSoft Cloud Manager

When attempting to clone a newly created env (PT 8.59.02/HCM PUM39) on DBaaS, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a new environment (PT 8.59.02/HCM PUM39) on DBaaS
2. clone the new environment
