When attempting test connectivity with a third party using the SCM MarketPlace test page, the following error is seen.

Steps to replicate:
-------------------

1. Set up Integration Broker (IB).

2. Log into PIA via a browser, and navigate to the Marketplace Test link on the Maintain Supplier Integration page.

4. Press the Submit button, and observe the errors shown above.
