ETL9.2 Approval AWE Missing When Base Time Zone and Employee Time Zone Are Different and Punch Is After Midnight in Employee Time Zone (Doc ID 2826448.1)

Symptoms

Time is sent from a TCD (Time Collection Device) for a Punch Time Reporter

* Date/Time stamp on punch is in base time zone of the system
* Employee is on a different time zone
* The date of the punch is prior to midnight in the base time zone but is after midnight in employee's time zone.


Reporting Status for the day shown on the Employee Timesheet is "Approval in Process".
Manager is unable to click on the Reporting Status.
No AWE data exists.


Steps to reproduce the issue:


1. Set up Approval Process for Reported time as Self-Approved
2. Submit In punch from a TCD for the In punch where dates of the in punch are not the same for the base time Zone and the employee time zone.
3. Review Employee Time via Manager Self Service
