E-FTP: CLEANATT84 Application Engine Crashes via Psae.exe and Generates Core Dumps (Doc ID 2826676.1)

Symptoms

Core dump files are generated due to segmentation fault when running the Application Engine CLEANATT84 via psae. Based on the trace file it appears that the error occurs for tables with 8.5 million+ rows.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run CLEANATT84 Application Engine from root > PeopleTools > Utilities > Administration > Administer File Processing > Delete Orphan Files (Batch)
2. Observe the process fails.
