EAP: Effective Dated Logic Not Working for Withholding Supplier (Doc ID 2826997.1)

ISSUE:

When a new eff dated row is added (01/01/2021) on the withholding entity of IRS with the withholding type of 1099M,1099N,1099G and 1099I and a new eff row is added (01/01/2021) on the withholding supplier location, the withholding type is still showing all the withholding types irrespective of what is on the withholding entity on the drop down.

STEPS:

1. Add a new eff dated row of 01/01/2021 for the withholding entity of IRS with the withholding type of 1099M,1099N,1099G and 1099I - DO NOT INCLUDED TYPE 1099

2. Add effective dated row of 01/01/2021 on the Procurement Control and only specify withholding type 1099M,1099N,1099G and 1099I

3. Add a new eff dated row for the withholding supplier location. On the withholding link click on the withholding type and system is showing all the withholding types irrespective of what is on the withholding entity.
