When Clicking Outside of one of the Fields on the Distribution line From Fluid Requisition Checkout Page, the Exchange Rate Details are Displayed

Symptoms
When drilling into the Distribution line from Requisition Checkout page, if you click on the distribution line outside of one of the fields the exchange rate Details is displayed.
The exchange rate details should only be displayed if you click on the relevant icon
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add an ePro requisition (eProcurement-->Create Requisition)
2. Click anywhere on the line but not inside a field
3. The Exchange Rate Details is displayed
