Symptoms
Excel Error Correction page ignores Row Level Security because of no prompt on business unit field.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Accounts Receivable > Payments > Electronic Payments > Excel Error Correction page and notice that their is no prompt on business unit field
