Download Grid to Excel performance issue with PT8.59 upgrade

After upgrading to PT 8.59 the download Grid to Excel option on a grid is not working for grids with many rows (latest test shows beyond 1800-2000 rows) with heap value set to xms-128-xmx-256. Download format is XLSX.
On PT 8.58 download the 12,000 rows to .xls file format took seconds with same heap value. In PT8.59 the download hangs and does not finish, ultimately leaves the session unusable.

If filter to less rows for ex: 1500 it works fine

- Server Memory is normal
- CPU usage becomes extremely high

Here are few example as an example to replicate the behavior:

1. In Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt -  PUM39, PT 8.59.04, Replicate issue on Absence event page [Root > Global Payroll & Absence Management > Payee Data > Maintain Absence > Absence Event Aus]
2. For Emplid: KU0059
3. Started with 35 rows – and that exported to excel without issue on PT8.59
4. Increased to + 5000 rows using script below (same size that worked in 8.58 in 5 seconds).

Result: Crashed and kicked out the system – see below analysis – CPU 400%

Test Scenario's for PT 8.59 Testing
• Reduced rows to 2500 – same CPU 400% - Did not finish either
• Reduced to 1000 Rows and this was successful in about 20 seconds
• Increased to 1750 rows – FAILED
• Reduced to 1500 rows - Success

Tried increasing heap size to 2048-4096, it worked for few more rows of data but increasing the heap to such value is not viable.

Note: No issue in XLSX format download from Query Manager. It worked fine for 7200 rows of data in 2 seconds.
