Online Confirmation Statements Are Not Created Using Include All Employees if the Process Was Previously Run Using a Participants List. (Doc ID 2827338.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 21, 2023

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Benefits Administration - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When creating Benefits Confirmation Statements for a single person, the BAS_PARTIC.CONFIRM_NOTIFY_DT is set for everyone in the Schedule ID so when you go back to run the process selecting “Include All Employees” the AE program BAS_CONFSTMT does not create any statements because there is already a date in the CONFIRM_NOTIFY_DT field.

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Run the Online Confirmation Statements process for one employee using the participants list.  Navigation:  Benefits >  Manage Automated Enrollment >  Participant Enrollment >  Online Confirmation Statements.
  2. Query PS_BAS_PARTIC record to see that the CONFIRM_NOTIFY_DT was populated for all employees associated to the schedule.
  3. Run the Online Confirmation Statements process for all employees to see that no Confirmation Statements were generated.  Navigation:  Benefits >  Manage Automated Enrollment >  Participant Enrollment >  Online Confirmation Statements.
