Symptoms

When running the Benefits Administration process it is erroring.



Steps to Replicate:

  1. Run the Benefits Administration process.  Navigation:  Benefits >  Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing.
  2. Review the COBOL Log file on the process monitor link to see the error.
