Issue:

When trying to add a row in a grid that exists on Budget Definitions page, the page times out.
Steps to replicate:
----------------------
1) Navigate to Budget Definitions Page [Commitment Control > Define Control Budgets > Budget Definitions]
2) Search for an existing Ledger Group and navigate to Control Chartfield tab.
- Add a new row in the grid
- Add Row Data
- Save the page
3) PeopleSoft Session Times Out and Page is not Saving the Data
