Symptoms

Process ABENDED at Step CS_ECHOPOLL.DSPOLL.Step100 if the first signer is the external and second signer is the Internal signer for the document

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

Setup :
Enable DocuSign Signature Setup
1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Supplier Contracts Setup > Installation Options > Supplier Contract Management
        Enable Signature Method DocSign
2. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Supplier Contracts Setup > Electronic Signature Setup
        Configure the electronic Signature account
3. Navigate : Peopletools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Services  
        Activate all the service operations of Service DOCUSIGN (REST Service)

Transaction:
4. Navigate : PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles > User Profiles
        Enter email address to VP1
5. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Document Management
        Create adhoc document
        Enter the details and click Import Document
        Upload the Document
        Approve if any or Bypass Approvals
        Click Prepare and Route for e-Signature
        Enter two signers
        Order 1 External Signer
        Order 2 Internal Signer
6. First signer signed the document
7. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Create Contracts and Documents > Electronic Signature Polling
        Enter the Contract Number
        Run CS_ECHOPOLL process

Issue : Process Abended at Step CS_ECHOPOLL.DSPOLL.Step100
