EProcurement Requisition Express Item Entry Page Is Not Following The Correct Tabbing Order (Doc ID 2828560.1)

When creating a new Express Item eProcurement requisition, Adding line quantity then pressing TAB, system is not selecting the next filed after the quantity tab instead it is switching all the way to the first option on the page which is: All Request Option.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to : eProcurement > Create Requisition and create a new ePro requisition
2. Press on Express Item entry option
3. Enter item description and QTY then press tab.
4. Notice that the selection has been moved all the way to the "All Request Option."
