E-SQR: SQR Runs to Success but CSV Output not Generated on AIX Platform with Error 'JVMCFRE003 bad major version' Error in Log After PT8.59 Upgrade

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrade to PeopleTools 8.59, running SQR to CSV output on AIX produces NO CSV output, however runs to SUCCESS, but the following error shows in the "SQR_<process_name>_<process_instance>.log" file for the run.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit any SQR report to run on an AIX Process Scheduler server in PeopleTools 8.59 environment
1.1. Navigate to People Tools > Process Scheduler > Schedule Process Requests
1.2. Create a new Run Cntrl ID or select an existing one
1.3. Select Run button
1.4. Select a SQR Report (e.g. XRFWIN)
1.5. Set Type/Format as Web/CSV
1.6. Select Ok button
2. Monitor to SUCCESS status in Process Monitor page
2.1. Select Process Monitor link
2.2. Notice the Run Status: Success and Distribution Status: Posted
3. View generated ".log" output to observe reported error and also view no CSV output generation
3.1. Select Detail link which directs the User to Process Detail page
3.2. Select View Log/Trace page where the "SQR_<process_name>_<process_instance>.log" file can be found
3.3. Notice the CSV file is missing
