Symptoms
When running the LC_RPT_VAT report with French language, the date format that is showing on the report is incorrect, being MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run LC_RPT_VAT with French language ( XLS format) - Vat and Intrastat>Vat reports>Return and other reports
2.Choose LC_RPT_VAT
3.The date format is not a French format -The date format must be DD/MM/YYYY ( not MM/DD/YYYY).
