Symptoms
Requisition Defaults page on Create Requisition tile throws below errors.
Steps:
1) Inactivate the OPERATING_UNIT chartfield
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain -> Common Definitions -> Design ChartFields -> Advance Configuration
2) Enable the Requisition setting landing page role action (LAND_ON_REQ_SETTINGS_PG) for ePro Requestor role and Requisition transaction
Navigation: eProcurement -> Administer Procurement -> Maintain System Users and Roles -> Assign Role Actions to Roles
3) Open the eProcurement homepage
Navigation: Homepage -> eProcurement
4) Click on Create Requisition tile
Navigation: eProcurement -> Create Requisition
5) Enter the Business Unit and Requestor ID if prompted and click on OK
6) Error comes up "invalid grid column name OPERATING UNIT" and "Invalid page definition. More than one button has the "Activate by Enter Key" attribute set"
