Symptoms
When attempting to initiate a Guided Self Service Transaction with Approval Required, the Approval status goes to
and the Transaction is routed to the Administrator rather than the expected Manager/Supervisor.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Manager Self Service Fluid Homepage > Update Team Information: Initiate a GSS Transaction
2. As an Administrator review the Approval Process Transaction: Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals

The issue has been reported after applying PUM Image 36.
