Symptoms

When we run the Par replenishment process it is creating a requisition as inventory replenishment even though the requester setup has the checkbox not selected for "defaults Inventory BU". This issue occurs for all Non Stock items.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1)Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options > Inventory, and make sure "Use Req Loader" option is set to 'Yes' under Create Requisition for Par Replenishment
2) Navigate to Set up financials/Supply chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Purchasing > Requester Setup, For the Requester – 'Defaults Inventory BU' is unchecked.
3) Run the Create Par Replen Requests process. (Root > Inventory > Replenish Par Locations > Create Par Replen Requests). Running this process will run INPGCDMD Cobol SQL and also PO_REQLOAD process as we have "Use Req Loader" option set to 'Yes' under Inventory Installation options page as mentioned in step 1.
4) Process ran to success and Requisition is created.
5) Check the BUSINESS_UNIT_IN field in PS_REQ_LN_DISTRIB table and see that it was populated.
