E-AWE: Email Notification Performance Issue when Submitting Voucher Approvals (Doc ID 2830142.1)

Symptoms

When a PeopleSoft user tries to Approve or Deny a voucher, it is taking a very long time (maybe more than 30 seconds waiting) to process. It should only take approximately 5 seconds at most.

Steps to replicate:

1 - Created a voucher and submitted for approval.
2 - Department approver approved the voucher.
3 - Final (Auditor) Approver Denied the voucher.
4 - When the voucher is denied, all approvers (department and auditor), and the requester receives an email.

Test Results:

Test 1 - 1 department approver, 7 final (Auditor) approvers. When the voucher was denied by the auditor, processing took approximately 30 seconds before the submit page disappeared.
Test 2 - 1 department approver, 1 final (Auditor) approver. When the voucher was denied by the auditor, processing took approximately 10 seconds before the submit page disappeared.
