Symptoms
When the user attempt to create a New Form and click on "Preview Approval Button", the following error occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Click on Design Forms Tile
- Enter Fields & Approver List
- Activate the Form & Add to Student Home Page
- Login as Student & Click on Form Tile
- Click on Fill Out a new Form Icon
