Getting error message when saving a Release to single PO only contract while the Corporate check box is not checked.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigate to Set Controls > Contract page > Uncheck all the Control Type options.
Navigate to : Procurement Contracts > Add/Update Contracts and create a new Release to single PO only contract
Uncheck the Corporate Contract checkbox
Save the contract.
Getting error message.
