eProcurement Fluid Express Entry Able To Checkout Without Item Id After Having Enabled "Disable special request" checkbox in Fluid Installation Settings (Doc ID 2830450.1)

Symptoms

For making the item id field as a required field, we configured the setting under – eProcurement > Administer Procurement >eProcurement Installation Options > Fluid Installation Settings> selected the "Disable special request" checkbox.

But the system is still allowing to add the requisition line without the item id and without any error message.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Enable "Disable special request" checkbox in eProcurement > Administer Procurement – eProcurement Installation Options > Fluid Installation Settings.

2. Go to eProcurement Tile>Create Requisition>Express Entry>Add an item id and quantity etc.

3. Now remove the Item id. Then click Add. No error messages.
