Selected PO Acknowledgements Tile Filters Clears Search Results And Search Criteria (Doc ID 2830458.1)

Symptoms

System kicks user back to PO Acknowledgements (POA) search page after reviewing or accepting a POA and blanks out search results and previously used search criteria.



Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Select Procurement Operations> Click the PO Acknowledgements Tile.
  2. Enter the Dispatch From and the Dispatch To dates. Select POA Status=Supplier Responded. Click Search.
  3. Select the POA. Click the Supplier Review Tab. The system shows “No Results” and the Dispatch from and Dispatch to filters were cleared.
