Symptoms
Data export import utility not working for blank values as filter criteria.
Steps:
1. Create a Data Export Import Map Definition
2. Add a filter value with the condition with a value as a blank (For ex. = ' ' or != ' ') in it
3. Run the Data Export Import Request with that map definitnion.
- Process is not picking up data where field value is blank.
