Used Page and Field Configurator to try to default the Generate Parent Budget checkbox to "Y" (checked) when adding a budget journal header, however, the checkbox remained "N" (unchecked) when adding a budget journal header for a child budget ledger group.

Steps:
1.Link child budget ledger group ORG to parent budget ledger group APPROP.
2.Link both child and parent to gl bu US005.
3.In PFC, set the default for Field KK_GEN_PARENT as ‘Y’ so should appear
checked when adding a budget journal header on Component KK_BUDGET_ENTRY,
Page KK_BD_ENTRY1.
4.Validate configuration and save.
5.Apply configuration and save.
6.Add new budget journal by selecting in child budget ledger group ORG, click
Refresh and Generate Parent Budget checkbox ungrays, however, is not
defaulted to “Y” (checked) but remains defaulted to "N" (unchecked).
