French Translation of translate values of 'Rounding Rule' field on Invoice Header VAT Information are not correct. It was correct in release 9.0.

Steps:
1) Create a VAT applicable Voucher.
Navigation:  Accounts Payable > Vouchers  > Add/Update > Regular Entry
2) Go to Invoice VAT Header Information.
3) Click on the dropdown of Rounding Rule field.

• Values are “Par défaut” ,“Par excès” and "Arrondi naturarel", which are incorrect.
