Incorrect Line and Total Amount of Requisition when Created from Favorites in Fluid Requisition (Doc ID 2831442.1)

When adding an item to the eProcurement requisition line from requisition favorites, save and submit the requisition then editing it again, the system is changing the total line amount and it is showing an incorrect amount.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Home Page > eProcurement Tile > Create Requisition Tile> : Create a new requisition , add an item from requisition favorites
2. Notice the total line amount, save the requisition and submit it
3. Edit the requisition again and notice that the total line amount is changed and is not correct.
