The purpose of this document is to outline the Source Tax Changes for 2022: New rule for source tax minimum control.
Scope
It’s now possible to calculate the minimum source tax based on information in the tariff tables.
Modified GP Swiss rules to fetch Minimum Tax and Consider it in Source Tax Calculation effective 1 Jan 2022.
